FAQ:

-All work is food, dishwasher, and microwave safe.

-All "second" pots are marked accordingly and do not have functionally faulty issues. Read descriptions for specific faults and blemishes.

-I don't recommend  regularly microwaving handmade pots for over 2-3 minutes.

-Hand-washing and heating liquids outside of handmade ceramics is always recommended to extend the life of the pot, but not necessary.

-If you feel your shipping is incorrect, feel free to contact me, especially international orders.

-If you ordered multiple pots and the site did not calculate the shipping correctly, we will automatically refund the overages when printing labels. This goes for purchases made at separate times, as well.

-All sales are final, unless the pot is faulty
